Rockwood Park Saint John, NB

We will be visiting Saint John in August. We've been there before and seen some of the sights, but like to do active things, so we are interested in walking some trails at Rockwood Park. What is the best way to get there from the downtown cruise terminal? Is there a bus or would we need to take a taxi? If we take a taxi, can we pre-arrange a pick up time from the park?
