We will sail Aus/NZ in Nov and wondering what's MDR lunch menu like?

Also lunch dress code would be same as dinner??

Hi -we sailed on the Solstice and on sea days (apart from brunch day), ate at the MDR. We really enjoyed being waited on and it is quieter than the oceanview cafe. The menu had approx 4 starters, 4 mains and desserts to choose from. The food was lighter than in the evenings but always delicious and as we had the drinks package we would have wine too. We are sailing on the Reflection soon and plan to eat in Opus on sea days too so hope it will be similar. As far as dress code, I would throw over a summer dress and sandals and my husband wore smart shorts and short sleeved shirt or polo so smart casual would describe with the emphasis on casual but no beachwear. I guess dress like you were going out for lunch at home. Enjoy

Soon going on a Transatlantic and was wondering about formal evenings. On recent short cruise in Caribbean very few wore tux. Is the Solsrice the same? Or perhaps it was because it was a short cruise?
