lambchoplady Posted March 3, 2013 #1 Share Posted March 3, 2013 I'll be driving to the Port of Miami for my cruise on the Epic. Does NCL limit the # of bags that I can check. Since I'm not flying, I'd like to pack neatly and loosely rather than jamming everything into one suitcase.

johnql Posted March 4, 2013 #5 Share Posted March 4, 2013 NCL's official policy from their FAQ: How many suitcases can I bring? Each person is allowed up to two pieces of personal luggage on board, with each piece weighing a maximum of 50 pounds. However, if passengers are traveling by air, they need to check with the airline for specific restrictions. Although this is their official, published policy, I have never heard of, read of, or seen anybody being prohibited from taking aboard more than two bags. They also don't weigh your bags, so the weight limitation is in place more to protect the baggage handlers than to restrict passengers.
