Guest Posted April 19, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 19, 2004 We were two families traveling together and HIGHLY recommend our "private excursion" with Captain Nautica to "The Baths" on Virgin Gorda. The boat is fast and FUN, the captain and crew not only very safety conscious but personable. It takes about an hour and a half to get to Virgin Gorda from the pier to beach but the ride is so pretty you won't mind. The Baths are incredible and the kids all loved walking thru the caves and jumping off the boulders. It has to be one of the prettiest spots in the entire caribbean We spent two hours there and stopped to snorkel twice on our way back..stopping at a special sight to see turtles whcih we saw as well as a 3 foot barracuda and sting ray!!It was ours kids favorite day of the cruise. If you are with a group of friends or family with 10-14 people, consider this charter/excursion. Divide the price by people in your group. It was a day we'll remember forever
