Any "adventure" excursions in NE Canada ports?

Hi,

Our cruise is leaving from Montreal and stopping in Quebec, Prince Edward Island, Sydney and Halifax. Does anyone know of any more "adventure" type excursions? I know that I can google each port and go to Trip Advisor. I'm looking more for suggestions from people who live in the area or people who have done these excursions. The ship doesn't offer any.

 

When we cruised in Alaska, there were things like ziplining that would be exciting to a young 20-something. My son and his girl friend are going with us on this cruise, and I was hoping to find one "adventure" sort of thing for them to do.

 

Any suggestions?
