Floatation suits/floaties for toddlers.... recommendations

Hi,

 

I have a life jacket for my 2 year old (30 pounds) but he seems to hate it. When he is using it is bunches up around his neck and makes him float at a strange angle.

 

I have been looking at a few other options and was hoping for some suggestions/experiences with these options:

 

We are campers and need something we can take with us for either pool/fresh water/salt water use.

These are the only 2 I can find that state in the reviews it keeps the childs head far above the water. These are also US Coast Guard approved.

 

Does anyone have any experience with them?

We use the second one (exactly that one - green and all) for our 3 year old (30 lbs).

 

My husband says its an approved personal flotation device (PFD) and our son likes it because it doesn't bunch up around his neck and it's around him and not just on his arms so he feels secure. He uses it in the pool...and would use it in the ocean if we could get him to do more than stick his toe in it. :rolleyes:

We have the second one and LOVE it!! If I had found it earlier I would have bought one for each of my older kids. LOVE LOVE LOVE!! We've used ours at friends pools, public pools, creeks, ocean... Worth every penny
