toledo Posted March 11, 2013 #1 Share Posted March 11, 2013 I saw a similar thread about the Dawn and thought we should have one, as my husband and I love a good cup of coffee in the morning.
SliceOfLife Posted March 11, 2013 #2 Share Posted March 11, 2013 There is a cafe where you can get speciality coffees and teas (for a fee) and free pastries. I think it's called the Atrium Cafe. It's directly below O'Sheehans by the big screen TV.

toledo Posted March 11, 2013 Author #4 Share Posted March 11, 2013 So the coffee at the buffet or in the dining rooms isn't very good?
queenreen Posted March 11, 2013 #5 Share Posted March 11, 2013 Can I bring 4 cup filters and ground coffee and make that in the pot in the room? Might save some money that way.
kirsty_r Posted March 11, 2013 #6 Share Posted March 11, 2013 I didn't mind the coffee in the buffet or restaurants. The best by far is the coffee machine in the studio lounge, but I think coffee is one of those love/hate relationships, I don't like lavazza coffee so didn't like the speciality coffees, but could still get the free coffee from the atrium café with a free cake. Rare mcmomny Posted March 11, 2013 #7 Share Posted March 11, 2013 I enjoyed the "free" coffee on the Epic but we did buy one cup at the coffee shop and it was good but not worth the price, so I will stick to the free coffee from now on!
wkelly5688 Posted March 12, 2013 #8 Share Posted March 12, 2013 Best coffee is the pot they bring to my room and we enjoy it on our balcony with he warm tropical breeze and the sound of the ocean.

soaringfalcon Posted March 12, 2013 #10 Share Posted March 12, 2013 I'm a coffee snob so take this with a grain of salt ;) Atrium Cafe was probably the best, MDR was hit or miss, and the buffet was OK. By the time we hit Nassau, I was desperate for a good cup and quickly found Starbucks. It's not swill by any means but I fresh grind my beans every day so I'm a little bias. sdmike Posted March 12, 2013 #11 Share Posted March 12, 2013 I would suggest having room service bring you a pot. Another good option is the coffee machines in the garden cafe with the built in bean grinders (there will be a bean canister on top)
