Belize excursions for older relatives

We will be going on a family reunion next month on the Elation. I have an uncle who can walk, but not any great lengths. He would prefer a bus tour or a short walk. Other than beaches, can anyone recommend a good excursion that does not require much walking? It seems that, even with the ruins excursions, there is quite a bit of walking.??

We are using them when we are there in July. My mother is 75 and is not snorkeling and they have a price for the tour without the snorkel.
