Magic question - Cherry on Top?

Can anyone tell me if the candy etc..that is in the Cherry on Top store is paid for on your S&S or can you pay cash for it? I can't seem to recall if everything you purchase on the ship has to go onto the S&S....:confused:

Sail and sign. Pretty much everything has to go on there. I think pull tabs are one of the few things that took cash.

Pull tabs are lottery like tickets you can buy at some of the bars. You pull them vs scratch them off.
