kirasmom Posted March 19, 2013 #1 Share Posted March 19, 2013 Will I get a response from carnival? How long does it take? My pvp referred me to the form when I emailed him about price drops. Thanks

chipq Posted March 19, 2013 #5 Share Posted March 19, 2013 I have had a response in as little as four hours but as long as a week. Must depend on how many forms they get. http://luv2cruise.blogspot.com
Express Man Posted March 19, 2013 #6 Share Posted March 19, 2013 To ensure $370 OBC the wait was well worth it for us...LOL
lego7191 Posted March 19, 2013 #7 Share Posted March 19, 2013 I booked ES and used the form during the last big sale. It took almost a week to hear back. The response I got was the booking email with the new rate reflected on that.
Rare songbird1329 Posted March 19, 2013 #8 Share Posted March 19, 2013 The Pvp's don't know everything. We upgraded to a better cabin. PVP told me he couldn't book the cabin, he needed his supervisor to do some sort of override. He also told me to submit the form. supervisor booked the cabin for us and said we didn't need to submit the form after all. Got what we wanted with minimal effort. Quilting_Cruiser Posted March 19, 2013 #9 Share Posted March 19, 2013 I never call--I don't have time to sit on hold for an hour or two nor the patience to deal with customer service people who often know less about the rates than I do. :p I submit the form and it takes anywhere from a couple hours to several days. I've been waiting this past week on, I think three forms and they were all processed today. I don't mind waiting to hear back on the form--would rather do that than sit on hold. :D
