How to get a PVP - not just a sales rep. Specific phone#?

If I remember correctly, if you just call carnival you get sales reps but not necessarily a PVP who will go the extra mile to serve the customer. There was a different # to call to get a PVP. Anyone have that, or can you direct me on the path to get the awesome PVP?

 

My wonderful PVP has disappeared, :confused:her extension is gone & so is her email :eek:

I believe that Will get you a PVP.

 

I can't check exactly where it is on the site because I am on my phone right now.

 

Hopefully someone else will chime in with the exact location.

 

Also not all PVP's go the extra mile. Some don't even go the mile.

Yes Bill, I know EXACTLY what you mean! This last one was by far the best PVP I ever had, most of them made me do all the leg work. Hoping to find a good one :D
