Stay for me and my car in Seattle

This has likely been covered many times already but will be new to me. We are considering driving to Seattle from central Cal. and need to know your recomendations on a hotel not too far from the pier for one nights stay, that will keep our car for free while on a 7 day cruise in August and shuttle us to and from the terminal. Am I asking for too much?

There are some hotels listed in this article that offer rate packages that include parking and shuttle services. Not sure of the ones near the cruise terminal, but we have stayed at the two near the airport and they were basic, no frills, not near downtown or good restaurants, and were just ok.
