Iluvcruising2 Posted March 25, 2013 Author #287 Share Posted March 25, 2013 It was a long drive. The park was 77km away. We had to drive up from sea level to reach the park – 1400m. This was a rest stop, about 30 minutes from the park.

Iluvcruising2 Posted March 25, 2013 Author #292 Share Posted March 25, 2013 (edited) After a good lunch, we would be on our feet for the next 90 minutes, taking a slow walk on the Silau-Silau trail, and followed by the Botanical Gardens. Very good exercise, after all the good food. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to scale Mt Kinabalu. I made the climb last year; fond (and painful) memories.
