cruising7 Posted March 23, 2013 #1 Share Posted March 23, 2013 We would like to do the Lamani tour that NCL offers...I have read that it is an hour bus ride and an hour boat ride to get to the ruins...My question is about availability of restrooms...obviously not ON the bus or boat...But is there a bathroom after the bus ride before you get on the boat? It's an important issue... if there is no option from port to the ruins it sounds like that might be 3 or more hours and may not be an option for one of us. Will in sunny FL Posted March 23, 2013 #2 Share Posted March 23, 2013 We did this tour thru Island Marketing about two years ago & FYI there are great rest rooms at the Tourist Village, if you arrive there early enough, there were rest rooms where you board the boats, there were rest rooms at the ruins which you could use upon arriving & before leaving & you return to where you got on the boat to the same rest rooms & same when arriving back to the Tourist Village, but these might be well used by this time. Should be no problem assuming that your cruise line uses these same stops where you are never more than one hour away from a rest room. Even if they don't, they realize that this need is there for their cruisers. Enjoy Belize. Bill in FL
