Do they reply to everything in some format or just the ones they want? I have sent emails to customer services lately and get no reply. I sent it Sunday am I being to impatient? But don't expect an answer from Ca hill himself ,but one of his assistants . One of the words that will be in your reply will be Sorry followed by a few more. Thats about as far as it goes. KenMo Posted March 26, 2013 #7 Share Posted March 26, 2013 I tried to get an answer from CS with no luck. Finally, I emailed Mr. Cahill. I did not get a response from him, but I did get a couple of emails and phone calls from department heads the same day. I know from working in a bank for many years that CEOs do not like to hear from customers when someone below them should have taken care of the situation. I would expect one by tomorrow at the latest.;). Hope it goes well for you and you get the answer you want. It maybe that they are investigating things first.
