Formal Nights on 8 Day Southern on May 11th

Hey everyone...do any of y'all know what nights are formal nights on this iten? I want to make a reservation for the Steakhouse on the 12th for our anniversary but isn't the second night always a formal night. Thanks and if anyone has any other info for this cruise that would be great! (Dining room menu, cruise capers---or whatever they call them now?, camp carnival papers, etc.) thanks...and the official 45 day countdown is on! Whoop!

I am on the same cruise as you!! The person who set up our meet and drink called and they told her Sunday and Friday are formal night :-) Hope that helps!
