Carry on limitations

We are at Port of Tampa and I am confused about the restrictions on carryon luggage.

 

Are you allowed one carryon AND your 12 bottle or do they have to fit into your carryon?

I have noticed several carry ons in Tampa with no problem. As long as it's within proper size.

 

In otherwords ,carry your water on if you like.

You can carry on as much as you can carry - as long as it fits through the machine.
