Carnival dream not boarding until 1:00 again this week. Not due to coast guard, but with the ship. No holdup with Disney Fantasy. :( Was hoping to board early, but we're still on vacation and the Carnival employees are great!!! We brought snacks so just a little longer til we are having fun on the dream! :)

Just curious......how do know know its not customs?

Our shuttle driver told us he was told it was not the coast guard but something with the dream specifically. However we just heard that it may be some sort of inspection. Who knows for sure. All we know is that Carnival employees are saying 1. But as I said.. We're on vacation and we're here so it's still fun. Just anxious!!!
