vacation fool Posted April 16, 2013 #1 Share Posted April 16, 2013 Looking at decks 7-9 on Reflection for a verandah cabin. Anyone have suggestions as to which deck might be best? Or any favorite cabins? Looking to book Greek Isles next October. :) Thanks for all tips.
Barn Goddess Posted April 16, 2013 #2 Share Posted April 16, 2013 We were on Deck 10 in cabin 1229 - it has a slightly larger verandah and great views. It is on the port side and we had lovely views sailing into the ports. Not sure if it will be the "good" side for your cruise but it was wonderful for ours. It was close to the elevator/stairs and super quiet - loved it and would book it again.

Wine-O Posted April 16, 2013 #4 Share Posted April 16, 2013 a cabin on the hump. they have extra large balconies Technically, the hump cabins have normal balconies. The four angled balconies, both forward and aft, coming off the hump have larger balconies. Here's a thumbnail that shows the port side of Deck 9 balcony proportions. The starboard side is the exact same. It's mirror images on both sides from Decks 6 thru 12. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showpost.php?p=24259746&postcount=

We had one on the TA in November. If you can't get one of these, try to get a cabin as close to the mid-ship elevators. It is a long way from one end of the ship to the other. Nice to start halfway.
