Getting Reservations with Ivan and David?? How no response?

I have went to Ivan and David's website to book an excursion but the form seems to not be working on their website. I tried it with 2 computers. I then emailed 2 of the 3 email addresses on their site and I haven't gotten any response. How long does it ussually take to get a response?

It can take several days sometimes. The town of Mahahual is slightly primative. Internet and phone are spotty, to say the least. (Even on Cozumel, which is MUCH more grown up then here, the internet will go off for days at a time!) They don't even have a bank, which means they have to go about 40 minutes to the nearest one! I have been corresponding with Ivan for several weeks about my camera bag (which we got back, thanks to him!) and it ususally takes him 2-4 days to respond to email. I emailed him on Tuesday about getting the bag and sending something in return, and he hasn't returned my email yet. Also, they have more tours mid-week, then weekends, so you probably will get a response this weekend.You won't regret a tour with them. They are wonderful!

I was hoping to hear from them this week and unfortunatly my cruise leaves this Sunday. I guess I found this website a little to late :) Maybe I will hear from them today.

You might try just going into the town and go to the Cat's Meow and ask for Ivan- maybe he can squeeze you in- Explorer tour leaves at 8 am Belize time- his website will tell you times for other ships- good luck- maybe you will hear from him before you go-
