mjk43 Posted May 10, 2004 #1 Share Posted May 10, 2004 First timers and really confused - we have CC cabins on hold for a few days while we decide. We knew we have to pick a dinner sitting (and would opt for early). But we have just seen on a website that there are breakfast sittings and lunch sittings too ! Can't we just pitch up when we fancy for a buffet breakfast or salad bar lunch? What do you get at these sittings? and are they compulsory? Thanks for advice
Bisous3 Posted May 10, 2004 #2 Share Posted May 10, 2004 I was on the Millie last November and breakfast and lunch were open seating. gcrawford Posted May 10, 2004 #3 Share Posted May 10, 2004 Relax and enjoy..... there are numerous dining choices and in our experience most people prefer the other dining alternatives for breakfast and lunch and only go to the dining room for dinner....depends upon your itinerary and the weather!.. gc
sueclark Posted May 10, 2004 #4 Share Posted May 10, 2004 The set-time seatings are only for the main dining room. Most people prefer to have their breakfast on the balcony or at the buffet and hit lunch at any of the options. Most (but not all) sailings have open seating in the main dining room for breakfast and lunch since there are few people there.
