interior price drops?

I am on the fence for rebooking at the early saver rate (deck 2) or getting the price drop for past guest and staying in my current cabin on deck 6. How often will an interior 4 person cabin in December price drop? Carnival Legend Dec. 15 Western Caribbean.

I would think prices will drop especially since its slow season and prior to Christmas. December is when we usually book last minute sailings because prices are typically very low. But at the end of the day you have to decide whats more important, your current room location or potential future price drops (of course not a guarantee).

We had 5 price drops on our kids Inside cabin during Easter. Our July cruise already had 2 for there Inside.

I was thinking there would be a good chance for drops then. If i switch from early saver, I also get the OBC. Decisions.....
