Palmetto Zip Line?

We are going to Roatan on the Valor in Nov. and want to make sure we can do the Palmetto Canopy Tour. Can we make a reservation with the zip line company or do we need one? Does anyone know how to contact them?

We didn't have reservations, they have several guides and each one takes two or three people through. We were a group of 5, one guide took my husband and sons, the other took me and my daughter..............we paid cash when we got there. I think it was about $45 each.

Do you know if there is a weight limit on the zip line?
