Captain Marvin Response Time?

I have emailed Captain Marvin twice in the past two days (through the form on his website). The first asking about availability and the second to go ahead and try to make a reservation. I have not heard ANYTHING back and it has been almost 48 hours since the first email.

 

Is he usually pretty responsive? I'm thinking of looking into other tour companies if this is normal for him.

I contacted him at the beginning of this month (first to ask a question and then to book) and I got responses from them within one day each time. The initial request I got a response to the same day. Everything I have read previously also said he normally responds within one day, so I am not sure if they are having techincal issues or something? That sounds unusual to me, just based on my own experience. :)
