Where to gather for private group tours?

We are on the 7/20 Century sailing and were wondering where and at what time your group gathered for the RO or DenRus tours?

The ship will assign you to meet in a lounge so they can get all their people with their tours off first. DO NOT LISTEN. As soon as the ship is cleared, merely take your tour tickets from Denrus or RO and get off. We were off the ship by 7:30 for our tour with Denrus without anyone asking any questions.

RO said we were advised to get our group together before disembarking and then go off together. What did you do? I was just wondering if you had a good suggestion about where to gather?
