joyinam Posted June 18, 2005 #1 Share Posted June 18, 2005 I've read several posts that lead me to believe there is a way to know how many ships are going to be in that port on any given day. How do I become as smart as you? Please guide me to that information. Thanks!;)
kitty9 Posted June 18, 2005 #2 Share Posted June 18, 2005 The only thing I know is that on alternate Thursdays, St. Thomas is overwhelmed with 9 ships in port. They have to close the streets to automobiles and it's almost impossible for pedestrians to walk anywhere in the town. Usually, the most ships you'll ever see in one port, at one time, is five. The busiest ports are St. Thomas, St. Maartin, Cozumel and Grand Cayman.

joyinam Posted June 18, 2005 Author #5 Share Posted June 18, 2005 That's great! Allows me to see that at most we'll have 2 ships in port with us at all three stops...and we'll have a little jump on them to get to our destinations! Appreciate the quick and helpful answers!:)
