If you consider top class restaurant fare to be an important part of your holiday then go for it. Organise your own excursions & transfers. Oceania's prices are scandalous. We finished the cruise in Athens and needed to get from Piraeus port to the airport. Oceania were charging $219 for a taxi or $99 each for a seat on a coach. We simply got off the ship, collected our luggage and got a taxi right outside the terminal. Cost was 49 € - approximately 30% of what Oceania were charging, and it was quicker.
