kelee2405 Posted May 9, 2013 #1 Share Posted May 9, 2013 If you were to choose one of these restaurants on the Breakaway to upgrade: La Cucina Moderno Teppanyaki Cagneys
sheila59 Posted May 12, 2013 #2 Share Posted May 12, 2013 We choose Cagneys twice on the Breakway last week, it was a lovely meal, my husband was disappointed at Moderno.
crusinmama06 Posted May 12, 2013 #3 Share Posted May 12, 2013 Cagneys - we had the choice and that's what we chose.
youngestof9 Posted May 12, 2013 #4 Share Posted May 12, 2013 Moderno without a doubt! I can get a good steak anytime, but loved the sampling of different meats and the pineapple!!!
London-Calling Posted May 12, 2013 #5 Share Posted May 12, 2013 I have done La Cucina, Moderno, Cagneys a couple of time (Epic and Breakaway). To be honest they can be inconsistent ranging from Ok to excellent. Moderno is probably my favourite - if you like lots of meat!
chiapet Posted May 14, 2013 #6 Share Posted May 14, 2013 Kinda depends on what you like ... and who you are ... so you're going to get plenty of responses ... but here's my 2 cents ... in order of (my) preference: Cagney's Traditional Steakhouse - Consistent American-style steakhouse ... serving EXCEPTIONAL food ... and hardly ever disappoints :D Moderno Churasscaria - Similar to the land-based Brazilian-style steakhouses ... with gauchos serving lots of meat table-side ... and also includes a wonderful salad bar ... GREAT as long as you like meat :) Teppanyaki Japanese Hibachi - Chef performs table-top cooking right in front on you ... NICE to see once or twice especially with kids ... but it's pretty much the same show as on land ;) La Cucina Italian - OK unless you're used to Italian home cooking ... or have some awesome Italian restaurants near you :p ALSO ... you can check out the menus at each dining venue to decide what you would like: http://www.ncl.com/cruise-ship/breakaway/onboard/eat
EaglesWin Posted May 14, 2013 #7 Share Posted May 14, 2013 You should consider Le Bistro instead of La Cucina. My order is: Le Bistro, Cagney's, Teppanyaki, Moderno.
