Reporting Back re: Vegan Meal in the Steakhouse?

Following my post on CC earlier in the week, I contacted the Steakhouse to inquire if if would be possible for a person in my family to get a Vegan meal at the steakhouse. Today, I received the following reply:

 

 

"Please be informed that Chef will able to accommodate her request and prepare nice dishes. Please visit the Steakhouse on Embarkation day for more information. Your request has noted."

Thanks for the update.......it's great that they can make that accommodation.....my step-sister was a vegan and I found it very challenging to prepare meals for her (without great expense) when I was caring for her in the last few months of her life.
