SuperGrace2002 Posted May 22, 2013 #1 Share Posted May 22, 2013 Ive looked at a few different shipers and interneries for next April/May and it seems everyone of those ships say that there is only 10 rooms avaliable to choose from - is this normaly for 7 day cruises? do they release more rooms as the sailing date gets closer? I am asking because right now the price is a little steep, now granted ive only been on 1 other cruise this past April - so im a little hooked now:D. Just wondering if they only have 10 available then it is possible that a price drop wont be possible. any info on this will be greatly apperciated thanks. Normal 1 Posted May 22, 2013 #2 Share Posted May 22, 2013 Greetings.... The Carnival site only shows a max of 10 of any available cabins in the selected category. If you are interested in a room not displayed, just call Carnival and they can tell you if it is available. Enjoy your planning.

canadiangal40 Posted May 22, 2013 #4 Share Posted May 22, 2013 Call Carnival and they will know which ones are available if you are looking at a specific cabin. If the prices are steep now but you want a specific cabin, book it under early saver rate and then you can take advantage of price drops as they happen. You are then guaranteed the cabin you want and if the price goes down, you get the benefit too ;)

I did call and she said the rooms that i was looking at are indeed avail so now to get my ducks in the row to book it. :) thanks again for the help yall :)

I doubt it will sell out that fast. We booked early for our cruise in January 2014, booked in Feb. I thought it was a great price but we have received 2 price drops for $180.00 in OBC. The only problem you will be facing is that in March/April that is spring break season and the prices do tend to be higher then too
