RCI- A Turtle Snorkel Express on Sea Blaster- Wanted Turtle Encounter but sold out?

Any experience with this excursion? We are on RCI and hubby wanted the turtle encounter which was at Coral World but it looks like it is sold out.

 

I saw this one: A Turtle Snorkel Express on Sea Blaster - STM7, and am curious as to what the "brief encounter" is. He really wants to encounter the turtles...... touch them, etc. like it seemed the other excursion had.
