Cornishpastyman1 Posted February 2, 2014 #26 Share Posted February 2, 2014 Does any one know how far the walled in city of Kotor is from where the Oceania docks. Is it walkable? We will be there in July on the Oceania and I'm trying to make plans for independent touring. Thanks. Hi This shows what I did on my day there in 2102 Hopefully the front of your ship will be opened up for the glorious sail-in. Climbing up to the fort cost €3 and that boat trip cost about €50 for the 6 of us. All the best, Tony

Cornishpastyman1 Posted February 2, 2014 #29 Share Posted February 2, 2014 (edited) Thanks for the information and video. What boat trip to Perast did you take? Where did you pick up the boat? That was a just a sort of taxi service about 100 yards from where you get off the tender. It left on the hour and that was the 2 pm sailing. Just in front of the main city gate there is a tourist information kiosk who will advise you. We just walked up and got on. The boat takes about 8-10 people. I do not know what the fare is for a ride to Perast, and another different boat back, as we did not get off. I'm sure the tour mentioned by Jim and Stan is different to this, which was just a boat ride in the bay.
