safe on Elation

Is the safe on the Elation where you use a magnetic strip card or is it a different kind?

Hi loverofpepsi - I have been away from the boards for awhile and saw this thread and assumed that the Elation had gone down or was on fire or whatever and that you were safe on it - don't know about the safes onboard - glad noone was injured and everyone (and their valuables) are safe

The safes on the Elation are the electronic types that use a card with a magnetic strip to open and close. Don't use your S&S card but use a grocery card or a library card for example.
