stacymills99 Posted May 30, 2013 #1 Share Posted May 30, 2013 I have been Stand Up Paddleboarding a couple of times now and love it. When I was in Oahu this last week the instructor told me we could bring our 3 year old with us and he would ride on his board. We ran out of time time, so we did not get a chance to. I would love to find a place on our upcoming cruise who would do this for us. My question is, have you ever been, and have you ever taken a young child (in a life vest) with you? What was your experience like?

What was your experience like? We did daily for 2 weeks with our then 3 yr olds at the fairmont in Maui. Was tons s of fun and easy, assuming you can paddle board. I went alone as I have a hard time myself balancing but DH had 2 kids on his board (twins). We didn't have an instructor.
clairesmom Posted May 30, 2013 #3 Share Posted May 30, 2013 We live in Florida and own two Paddleboards. We take our two girls (one on each board) all of the time, and they love it! They are 7 and 5 and have grown up in the ocean and in the water though.
