balcony cabin on Explorer ` Connected by door?

I am trying to find out if the cabin I have booked on the Explorer of the Seas are connnected by a door. On the Vision of the Seas we were able to open the door between the balconies. We are in Category D2 - 8638 and 8640 on deck 8 and really hoping to find out if they have the same capability on the Explorer.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
