Flats Fishing Excursion

Has anyone used the Flats Fishing Excursion thru Shore Excursioneers in Cozumel?

 

I see you tube videos about it but can't find any real reviews from anyone on the forum. My understanding is they take you to the North End of the island to fish the flats in the lagoons for 4, 6 or 8 hours.

there are a few local flats fishing guides in the island. Im an avid fly fisherman and we established a flyfishing club a long time ago called the Peninsula Fly Fishing Club.

Is Adolfo the one that used thru Shore Excursioneer? That's who we were talking to about booking. What few you tube videos I have found pretty much all show one guide service and he has like 3 people working for him. cant remember his name.

 

DH has never gone flyfishing. He's an avid Bass Fisherman and using spinning reels (? I guess, LOL I dunno, whatever most people use for bass fishing). He would prefer to use those same type of reels rather than flyrods, but for obvious reasons won't be bringing his own)

Beth, Adolfo is one of the most knowlegable (sp?) guides in the island, his english might not be the best but he takes people fishing not talking!!! I highly recomend him. If you have troble contacting him im always willing to help!
