Kid Life Jacket allowed in the pool??

(obviously not the muster type of REAL life jacket) Are kids little life jackets allowed to be worn in the pool so we don't have to hold her the entire time in the main pool? (she's fully potty-trained, thank goodness, so we can take her in any pool, except Solarium). Thanks in advance
