Ken at the beach Posted June 7, 2013 #1 Share Posted June 7, 2013 When you switch C&A levels, say from Platinum to Emerald and you have cruises that you have booked out a year or more in advance can you get the higher discount applied to your cruises booked or are you locked in at the discount you initially booked them at. You can get the higher discount. Just call whoever booked your cruise and request the higher discount be applied.

I did this for the cruises I had booked way out. I had the balcony discount on it for Platinum. When I made Emerald, I just called and they increased the discount. When I made Diamond, I called again and the discount was again raised. When one books mostly Junior Suites, they can jump levels fairly quickly..... :D
Ken at the beach Posted June 7, 2013 Author #5 Share Posted June 7, 2013 I'm assuming that this would need to be before final payment. We are doing a B2B this December and after and are platinum on the first cruise but emerald on the second. it's only $25 extra credit but I figure that's what I'm going to give them in the casino one night so why not.
