Machu Picchu Tours/Parking in NOLA

We're going on the Conquest Nov 3rd and thinking about parking here. I know there are other reviews on here about Machu Picchu Parking but has anyone parked here recently the good and also the bad any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

We parked there on our April 14th cruise and had no issues. Angel, the owner, drive us to the port and was very friendly. It was easy to find the place using the GPS and the plus is that there is a new Walmart very close by for those last minute items.

 

We arrived at 10.30am, Angels wife suggested that we come back in 30 minutes so we drive to the new Walmart which was fine. They will take your car keys, I guess so that they can move cars around if needed. This was not an issue.

 

Plan on using them again as it beats having to deal with the traffic near the port. The main reason that I chose them is that I cruise NCL who now use the open whale lot which leaves your car exposed to the weather. after the cruise, you just give them a call and they show up within 15 minutes.

Do they make you leave your keys with them while your on the cruise? How safe is your car? Thanks in advance !

Sometimes they want your keys and other not. Depends on how busy they are. Never been an issue with keys or security. We've been using him for years. Good service, good people.
