Yes, from what I've read on line there is plain seltzer water.

It is a fancy pop machine that dispenses so many different kinds of pop and mixes that you probably can't count them. If you buy the soda package, you get a special mug that allows you to get your soda from these machines. They are located in many locations throughout the ship.
