Pimento and Jasmine ???

First time on RCI - Radiance of the Sea in September. I just ran across a reference to Pimento and Jasmine in the MDR. What does this refer to?

The MDR menu is named after a certain ingredient, such as Pimiento or Jasmine or Basil, etc.

It is for the Freedom of the Seas. However, the menu is the same for all ships.
