Yes, there are 2 tops on all Carnival ships. Although, you cant reserve one prior to boarding you can talk to the Maitre D and see if he can accomodate you. The place and time to make dining adjustment will be listed in the Capers.

Don't know when you are going, but regardless, you need to request in advance. When you board, go to the dining room, find your table, check it out. If it's not your preference, there will be someone set up somewhere (maybe not in dining) and make a request. May have to change time. Might work, might not. It's went both ways for us.
