10-month-old on NCL Alaska cruise on 7/15 from Vancouver- Help!

I'm taking our 10month old on a NCL Alaska cruise on 7/15 from Vancouver. We will be spending 7/14 in Vancouver, which I figure I will need to buy diapers and baby food in Vancouver that day. Not to mention all the stuff we forgot... 1. Any suggestions for where to shop for these items in Vancouver?

2. Suggestions for items to bring?

3. Suggestions for getting through the flights?? (Haven't flown with her yet!)

4. I will be nursing her, but I will also bring formula, just in case. I figure one container of formula would be enough, and maybe two empty bottles. Any other ideas?

5. Excursions - OMG, what to do, with an infant??????

Any additional advice is much appreciated. We are world-travelers, but sans-baby world-travelers! We're not used to this baby traveling stuff! I'm scared, and wondering if I shouldn't have booked this cruise....
