WaggesAZ Posted July 6, 2013 #2 Share Posted July 6, 2013 We had a great crew, Gina, Donny and Ben, who is not a regular, but they were all fantastic. I know Gina is the owner, but she still works that boat and prepares all the food, and provides a follow up PERSONAL note in the email along with a link to your photos. They were excellent hosts and the day we spent with them could not have been more relaxing or enjoyable. Tipping is pretty personal, but I did $20 for each of us, i.e. $80. That was just short of 20% since we had a child fare in there. They prefer you pay at the time of boarding with cash, and at the end of the day I tipped in cash as well. I left there wanting to plan a return land-based trip to Barbados. It was our 2nd day sail in Barbados, but first with Calabazza. they shared a lot of great information about the island and with a limit of 12 people, it was easy to chat with the crew. I hope you have a great trip & safe travels!
briehon Posted July 7, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted July 7, 2013 So did you just give that whole tip to Gina...assuming she will tip out the other guides? That sounds easiest....
