Exactly! Being me, of course I had to walk behind it so I could truly be at the Southernmost Point :D

 

But if I'm not mistaken, there is some more land that is truly the most Southernmost point. I think I read that on a sign down there.

Yep, I think that land is part of the naval base/air station. So the buoy should proclaim "Southernmost point in the U.S....that you can get to without getting in serious trouble!"

Great review! Brought me back to the first cruise my bf (now dh) took on the Fascination with the same itinerary! We had cabin M8. We did the Imagination too and were in M7.

Great review. I was on the same ship for my first cruise. This looks like an unusual itinerary for Imagination. Normally, you visit Key West in the morning, then Cozumel in the afternoon and evening, then the sea day (now taken over by Ecstasy). Based on what you wrote, you had a day at sea, then in Cozumel from morning to 3:00, then Key West from afternoon to 8:00. How common is it for Imagination/Ecstasy to change port times like that? Was yours an unusual sailing, with last minute itinerary changes? Or is it some new thing I haven't heard of?
