RCI ship tour times

We are booked in several RCI ship tours. If the time on our itinerary says 8:30am then is that the time we meet on the ship or do we need to meet earlier?

Your excursion tickets will have the details on when and where to meet.

You will meet when and where it states on your tickets according to ship's time. Just make sure your ship's time doesn't change. It did on our recent Alaska cruise, first time that ever happened to me on a cruise.

 

Usually your location will be on the pier, but sometimes if you have an early excursion it may be on the ship, again check your tickets.

In our experience the meeting time is approximately 15 minutes before the start time of the tour. We've had several meeting places, sometimes onboard in the theatre, other times on the dock just as we've disembarked.

If we meet on the ship, the tickets will say we need to be in the schooner bar at 8 AM, then we will be called to disembark, otherwise as Peter said, we all head for the Pier and look for the lady/man holding the tour sign.

Really? It's happened to me several times on Royal Caribbean, including one 10 day Mexican Riviera that started and ended in San Diego, yet changed ship's time four or five times.
