High tea/pastries in Quebec

We will be sailing on the Celebrity Summit departing Newark on Sept. 7th. We have an overnight stay in Quebec and I am interested in going somewhere for an afternoon/high tea. Any suggestions? I am really interested in great pastries. Thanks bunches. Anita :p

One of the old CP rail hotels which is operated by someone else now, could be Fairmount as they have others of this type of hotel. Google them. If anybody offers High Tea in Quebec City I would put my money on them. Very classy old ellegant property.

As I suspected the Chateau Frontenac does offer afternoon tea and has become a Fairmount property.
