Which Triumph restaurants are for a fee?

Can anyone who has sailed on the Triumph recently give me an idea of which restaurants on board cost additional? My husband and I will be on the Triumph for our anniversary in December and his main question is if Guy's is considered specialty or alternative, and therefore not inclusive? He's all about creating a budget ahead of time and sticking to it, but he is extremely excited about Guy's and wants to make sure he budgets for it :)

There is no charge for Guy's Burgers, it is included in the cost of your cruise.
