Cozumel transportation with kids

We will be making a stop in Cozumel and we have kids ages 14, 13, 11 and 1-1/2. I'm wondering about getting to and from Paradise Beach with the 1-1/2 year old. I'm not concerned about a car seat for her, just if they have decent sized vans or similar larger taxis that can accomodate us. I've rented cars and driven around Cozumel several times in the past with my wife, so we are familiar with the island. We've just never taken taxi's there.

I hope someone can give you better info. We took a taxi with 4. However, later a van took us to our excursion. So I know they are there. I'm just not sure if they're waiting by the port or not. I wonder if you could call and reserve one ahead of time. There were soooo many taxis available and for cheap in Dec. Best wishes!
