Future Cruise Credit ???

Hi all...

I just used my FCC for my October Dream cruise and the $100 is showing taken off my balance, but I do not see the $100 OBC anywhere. I have never used one of these(and unfortunately will not use another) so I am unsure of how it works. How do I get the OBC?

Call Carnival and ask them. It may show to them and not to you. Sometimes it takes time to add it.

On the Cruise Manager page, click on the "View Cruise Documents" link and then check the "Print General Information" box and click submit. The Carnival interface will convert your cruise information into a PDF that you can save or open and read. The cruise OBC information appears on the second page.

Perfect! Thank you both for the responses. I wasn't looking far enough into the documents and didn't realize there was a second page. Got my credit! Thanks again for the help! Now I just need to get onboard to spend it!!:D
